Pororanta Cottages

Poronranta Cottages are situated on the shore of scenic Liakkariver´s rapids. Distance to Tornio center is 4,5 km, to the nearest shops 2,5 km and to the bus stop 250 m (regularly scheduled service). There is a rowing boat available for customers as well as a life west. For the fishing, you just need a fishing license. There are three cottages, one of which is in use all year round. The summer cottages are suitable for those who want the grandmother’s house atmosphere of childhood on their own initiative. There are barbecue places in the yard.

Alanko Old Cowhouse Cabin

The log cabin was built in the early 80’s and renovated in 2021. The cabin has a loft with a double bed and a sofa bed for children downstairs. Equipment: microwave oven, refrigerator, television, wifi, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, tableware, heat pump, electric auxiliary heater. No water supply. Toilet and shower room in the main building (approx. 25m). The sauna hot tub and dinner can be booked at an additional cost.

Valopilkku 18 Log Cabin

Valopilkku 18 is a new log house built in November 2018, in a quiet rural setting along the old road of Ylipaakkola in Tervola. The cottage has 1 bedroom, living room / kitchen, loft, washroom, sauna. The cottage is 48 square meters and 4+2 beds. There is also a storage room and a large yard. The cottage has high-speed internet access, smart TV and all the normal appliances. Bicycles for adults and children also available.

Villa Merilinna

The River Tornionjoki Apartments

The River Tornionjoki Apartments are located in Kukkola village, 15 km North from Tornio. They have been designed and built for both vacationing families with children and active adults. The river Tornionjoki is the biggest free-flowing river in Europe in which whitefish and salmon spawn. Kukkolankoski rapids are a crown jewel of river Tornionjoki. Lapin Rinki Camping

Camping Lapin Rinki is situated near Simo municipality and onshore Simo river.  The campsite has 10 cabins with a total of 33 beds. The cabins are heated and include a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee and kettle, crockery and bed linen. Toilets, showers and washing facilities are in the maintenance building near the cottages as well as a barbecue shed.  The campsite has the opportunity to freeze the fish. Fishing licenses can also be purchased from the campsite.

Camping Tornio

Camping Tornio is located 2,5 km from the centre of Tornio in beautiful and calm surroundings by the Liakanjoki-river. Camping Tornio is open from May to September. There are 15 summer cottages for 4-6 persons.  There are four cottages that can be rented in the winter. Of these four cottages, two have showers and two others have a sauna. Camping has 74 power outlet with electricity.
