Camping Lapin Rinki is located on the banks of the Simojoki River, right next to the center of the municipality.
Cabin Camping
Camping Lapin Rinki is situated near Simo municipality and onshore Simo river. The campsite has 10 cabins with a total of 33 beds. The cabins are heated and include a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee and kettle, crockery and bed linen. Toilets, showers and washing facilities are in the maintenance building near the cottages as well as a barbecue shed. The municipality center, which is about 400 meters from the campsite, has 2 shops, a pharmacy, a pizzeria lunch place and a gas station. The nearest town is Kemi, which is about 25 km away.
The cottages are approximately 50 meters from the Simojoki river and have a barbecue area and table groups. Simojoki river is great salmon river and there is a good change to catch a fish or two. If the luck favors, the campsite has the opportunity to freeze the fish. Fishing licenses can also be purchased from the campsite.
