Cruise ships Traditional Katariina and Perämeren Jähti
Welcome aboard! The Perämeren Jähti ship cruises in the summer to the nearby archipelago for short cruises and day trips to the Bothnian Bay National Park, visiting the islands of Pensaskari or Selkä-Sarvi. The traditional ship Katariina serves as a harbour café and terrace in the summer and also for cruises on request.

Merike Scheduled Sailings
Starting from Kemi’s charming Inner Harbor the venerable M/S LEILA offers scheduled sailings as well as charter cruises off the coast of Sea Lapland for up to 55 passengers at a time. Join us for a 90 min tour of the nearer archipelago including stops at the traditional saw mill island Laitakari, Syväletto and Selkäsaari. With three departures daily, you can also choose to break your trip at any intermediate point.

Farm Escape
Farm Escape is an Escape game with real animals in the Tornio countryside in a stables where horses and goats are in their pens, but bunnies, ducks and chickens can be released by players as the game progresses. Escape games are held throughout the year and the games change regularly a few times a year.

Arctic Emotions want’s to lead you into nature to experience its beneficial power. We are experienced local nature and social educators and guides whose hearts beat for Lapland and the Arctic nature. In the summer, all of our pets get out to the Petting Zoo Arkadia. Spend the whole day with us while getting to know the animals. Food and refreshments are served in the café, or you can even grill your own snacks.
Kalli Outdoor Activity Center
Kalli Outdoor Activity Center is a year-round sports venue with a ski resort suitable for the whole family and several top-quality ski trails. In summer, you can enjoy Finnish nature on the nature trail and running trails. In summer, you can also play paintball and frisbee golf at Kalli. E-fatbike rental works all year round.

Tornio Golf
Tornio Golf course offers a full-size golf course in two countries and two time zones. The field crosses the state border several times in a round. You can hit the world’s longest hole in One in Sweden, which lasts more than an hour, as the time zone changes during the fly.

Toranda
Toranda is an event center on the banks of the beautiful Tornio River. Our area enables the provision of a wide range of services, both outdoors and indoors. Our services include the maintenance of the guest marina, restaurant and party services, sauna and conference facilities, and the magnificent Merilinna for accommodation.
Veitsiluoto Fishing lake
Veitsiluoto Fishing Site is a short drive from central Kemi. The scenic location invites you to stop for a moment and enjoy the forest trails and the fishing waters of the freshwater pool. You need to have a fishing license (only in Finnish) that you can by from Neste Lapintuuli, address Veitsiluodontie 19, Kemi.
Paperivalo Shop & Cafe
Paperivalo Shop is a design boutique focused on handmade paper. The Paperivalo collection, created by paper artist Sirpa Kivilompolo, is wonderfully displayed in a completely renovated log house. Admire the white interior products and the dialect products of the Tornio River Valley and have a cup of coffee on the terrace. The shop and café serve on the Tornionjoki riverbank in the village of Karungi, exactly 25 km north of Tornio.

Megazone Laser Game
Megazone is an action-packed, indoor team game. It suits just about anyone, regardless of age and gender. The music on the playing field obscures the movements of the opponent and the dim lighting creates an exciting atmosphere in the game. The player’s job is to destroy the opponents and their bases with a laser gun attached to their vest. Each hit will score points and determine the winner of the game.
Lappari Activity Park
The mega cool adventure park offers one of Finland’s largest and best trampoline and skateboard arenas. Visit the indoor Lappari Activity Park for a huge choice of winter-themed activities, including the Icebreaker and Lighthouse, snowboarding for children, a snowball fighting game and two extensive climbing worlds.
